All of our buildings are constructed using truss grade lumber (TGL) which is rated up to 3 times the strength of regular #2 lumber that is used in typical buildings, including your personal home and available at your local lumber yard.

At Overholt, we have the ability to provide custom metal siding and roofing cut to the perfect lengths. This includes a 40 year paint warranty.
